Hi, I’m Mónica Alexandra Aguilar, a Transformational Therapist, Bioneuroemotion® Facilitator, Breathwork Coach, author of Descubre tu Divinidad: El Camino del Amor Propio — Discover Your Divinity: The Path of Self-Love — and founder of Energía de Amor Infinito.

Through my work, I support people through deep processes of personal transformation by integrating subconscious reprogramming, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, Breathwork, transgenerational exploration, and spiritual consciousness.

My journey into the holistic world began after a meaningful invitation from a friend to visit a space that felt like a true oasis for inner work. That experience introduced me to The Reconnection and opened the door to a profound process of self-discovery.

In the weeks that followed, I began experiencing dreams, synchronicities, and energetic shifts that awakened a deeper curiosity within me. I started studying, exploring, and learning from different teachers, methods, and perspectives that expanded my understanding of consciousness, the body, the subconscious mind, and human transformation.

Throughout this journey, I have been inspired by the teachings and work of leaders such as Dr. Eric Pearl, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Deepak Chopra, and the Sustainable Global Leadership Academy.

This path invited me to soften the ego, listen to the body, expand my consciousness, and begin the inner alchemy of becoming more present, coherent, and aligned with my purpose.

Today, through Energía de Amor Infinito, I offer a professional and integrative space for people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, transform limiting patterns, and reconnect with their inner power.

My work is based on the Bio-Evoluciónate Method, an integrative approach that brings together subconscious reprogramming, Bioneuroemotion®, Breathwork, emotional integration, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and spiritual consciousness.

This method supports you in identifying the root of your patterns, transforming inherited programs, regulating your nervous system, and creating a new inner reality from coherence, presence, and self-love.

I also share this path through my book, Discover Your Divinity: The Path of Self-Love, a practical and reflective guide for those who feel called to reconnect with their essence, rebuild inner trust, and begin a deeper journey toward self-love and personal transformation.
