Hello, I am Mónica Alexandra Aguilar— I work as a Transformational Therapist, Bioneuroemoción® Facilitator, and Breathwork Coach. I am also the author of Discover Your Divinity: The Path of Self-Love and the founder of Energía de Amor Infinito.
Through my work, I guide people through profound processes of personal transformation, integrating subconscious reprogramming, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, Breathwork, transgenerational exploration, and spiritual consciousness.
My journey into the holistic world began after a friend invited me to visit a space that felt like a true oasis for inner work. That experience introduced me to Reconnection and opened the door to a deep process of self-discovery.
In the weeks that followed, I experienced dreams, synchronicities, and energetic shifts that awakened a deeper curiosity within me. I began to study, explore, and learn from various teachers, methods, and perspectives, all of which expanded my understanding of consciousness, the body, the subconscious mind, and human transformation.
Throughout this journey, I studied diverse methods and perspectives regarding consciousness, the body, the subconscious mind, and human transformation. Each experience broadened my understanding and helped me develop my own unique approach to guiding others.
Today, through Energía de Amor Infinito, I offer a professional, integrative space for individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, transform limiting patterns, and reconnect with their inner power.
My work is based on the Bio‑Evolucionate Method, an integrative approach that combines emotional understanding, nervous system regulation, the exploration of family and transgenerational patterns, body awareness, and subconscious reprogramming.
The method aims to help you recognize how certain responses were formed, understand the function they have served, and develop alternatives that are safer and more aligned with your current life.

As the founder of Energía de Amor Infinito, my mission is to personally guide each client along their unique path of self-discovery, emotional integration, and personal transformation.
Through the Bio-Evoluciónate Method, Transformational Therapy, "Journey to the Subconscious" Breathwork, Bioneuroemoción®, Bach Flower Remedies, workshops, and lectures, I offer deeply integrative experiences designed to help people understand their patterns, reconnect with their authentic essence, and create meaningful internal change.
My approach is rooted in love, respect, presence, and trust. I create a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their inner worlds, regulate their nervous systems, expand their consciousness, and reconnect with the inner wisdom and potential that already exist within them.
Rather than simply managing symptoms or repeating old stories, this work invites individuals to identify limiting patterns, transform subconscious and inherited programs, and return to a way of living that is more conscious, aligned, and empowered.
My vision for Energía de Amor Infinito is to create a professional, integrative, and transformational space for people around the world seeking emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
I aspire to build a conscious community where individuals feel supported, guided, and inspired throughout their personal evolution.
