SERVICE POLICIES

These Service Policies govern the booking of and participation in individual sessions, processes, group programs, workshops, courses, Breathwork, and other services offered by Mónica Alexandra Aguilar under the brand *Energía de Amor Infinito*.

By booking, paying for, or participating in a service, the individual declares that they have read and accepted these policies.

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICES

The services provided by *Energía de Amor Infinito* are intended for guidance, self-discovery, emotional education, and personal development.

The *Bio-Evoluciónate* Method may incorporate resources such as emotional understanding, nervous system regulation, Bioneuroemoción®, body awareness, Breathwork, exploration of family patterns, and subconscious reprogramming, depending on the specific service and the individual's needs.

These services:

• Do not constitute medical or psychiatric care, legal advice, or emergency intervention.

• Do not provide medical or psychiatric diagnoses.

• Do not prescribe, modify, or discontinue medications or treatments.

• Do not guarantee specific results.

Participation does not replace any medical or psychiatric care an individual may require.

2.  PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Participants remain responsible at all times for their own decisions, actions, well-being, and the personal application of the information received.

Participants agree to:

• Provide truthful and relevant information to ensure the service is conducted safely.

• Disclose—prior to any physical or breathing practice—information regarding pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, epilepsy, recent surgeries, respiratory disorders, or any medical conditions or psychological issues that may require adjustments.

• Communicate any physical or emotional discomfort experienced during a practice.

• Stop participating whenever they feel it is necessary to do so.

• Refrain from discontinuing or modifying medications or treatments based solely on the content of a session, course, or program.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

Sessions, processes, and programs are confirmed only after receipt of the corresponding payment, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed upon in writing. Payments may be processed via Square, Hotmart, Zelle, or other platforms specified at the time of booking.

The participant is responsible for verifying:

• The selected service.

• The appointment date and time.

• The applicable time zone.

• The payment amount and terms.

Installment payments, when available, constitute a commitment to the total price of the service rather than separate payments for individual sessions.

4. SESSION RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

If the request is received at least 24 hours in advance, the session may be rescheduled once, subject to schedule availability.

If a person:

• Cancels with less than 24 hours' notice.

• Fails to show up.

• Connects too late to make reasonable use of the reserved time.

the session is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund or a make-up session, except in the event of a verifiable emergency or an exceptional situation accepted by Energía de Amor Infinito.

If Mónica Alexandra Aguilar needs to cancel or reschedule a session, a new date will be offered at no additional cost.

5. LATENESS

The session begins and ends at the scheduled time.

If a client arrives late, they may use the remaining time, but the session will not be extended, as there may be another appointment scheduled afterward.

After 20 minutes without communication, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

6. SESSION PROCESSES AND PACKAGES

Packages are designed to provide continuity and cannot be split between different people.

Included sessions must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Unless a different period was indicated, a six-session process must be completed within six months of the first session.

Sessions not used within that timeframe expire, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee specific time slots on a permanent basis. Each appointment is subject to availability.

7. PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, AND COURSES

Registration grants access exclusively to the registered individual.

The following are prohibited:

• Sharing passwords, links, or access credentials.

• Recording sessions without authorization.

• Copying, selling, publishing, or distributing materials.

• Using the content for commercial activities or to train third parties without written authorization.

Energía de Amor Infinito reserves the right to adjust the order of content, activities, or dates when reasonably necessary, while striving to maintain the service's overall purpose and value.

Where recordings are provided, the access period and conditions will be specified in the relevant offer.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Individual sessions that have already taken place or were cancelled outside the established timeframe are non-refundable.

For processes, programs, workshops, or digital courses, specific refund conditions will be stated on the sales page or during the purchase process.

Unless the offer expressly states otherwise, no refunds will be granted once:

• An individual session has taken place.

• Access to digital materials has been provided.

• A program or workshop has begun.

• Recordings, audio files, guides, or downloadable resources have been delivered. If Energía de Amor Infinito definitively cancels a service before it is rendered, a refund for the unprovided service or an equivalent alternative accepted by the participant will be offered.

Bank fees, currency exchange differences, or payment processor charges will be handled in accordance with the terms of the platform used and applicable law.

9. ONLINE SESSIONS

Online sessions are conducted via Zoom or another previously specified platform.

The participant is responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection.

• A compatible device.

• A reasonably private space.

• Headphones, when necessary to protect their privacy.

Technical issues on the participant's end do not require the session to be extended or rescheduled. In the event of a general platform failure or a failure attributable to Energía de Amor Infinito, a reasonable alternative will be sought.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during individual sessions will be handled privately, within applicable legal and safety limits.

Confidentiality may be limited when:

• The individual authorizes disclosure in writing.

• There is a court order or valid legal requirement.

• There is a serious or imminent risk to the individual or third parties.

• There is a legal obligation to report possible abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

• It is necessary to obtain administrative or technical support to provide the service, ensuring only necessary information is shared.

11. GROUP CONFIDENTIALITY

In programs, workshops, and group sessions, all participants must respect the privacy of shared experiences.

The following are prohibited:

• Disclosing names, stories, or personal information of other participants.

• Taking photographs, screenshots, or recordings without authorization.

• Sharing WhatsApp group conversations.

• Publishing others' testimonials or experiences as one's own content.

Although Energía de Amor Infinito establishes these rules, it cannot fully guarantee the actions of each participant outside the group setting.

A serious breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without a refund.

12. RECORDING OF SESSIONS

No individual session will be recorded without prior consent.

Participants will be informed when a group session is to be recorded. Efforts will be made to ensure recordings focus on facilitation and educational content.

Participants may keep their cameras off, use only their first names, and avoid sharing information they do not wish to have recorded.

Particularly personal segments may be excluded from the recording whenever technically and reasonably possible.

13. BREATHWORK AND BODY-BASED PRACTICES

Breathwork practices may elicit intense physical sensations or emotional responses. Participation is voluntary.

Before participating, individuals must disclose any medical conditions, pregnancy, history of seizures, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent surgery, or any condition that might affect their safety.

The facilitator may adapt or limit a practice, or recommend against performing it, if they determine that there are factors requiring caution. You may stop, open your eyes, and return to natural breathing at any time.

14. COMMUNICATION OUTSIDE OF SESSIONS

WhatsApp and email are primarily used for:

• Scheduling appointments.

• Sending links or materials.

• Addressing brief administrative questions.

• Providing follow-up as agreed upon within a program.

These channels do not offer immediate attention and do not constitute an emergency service. Lengthy messages or matters requiring exploration should be addressed during a session.

In the event of an emergency in the United States, call 911. If you are experiencing an emotional crisis or are at risk of self-harm, you can call or text 988.

15. MINORS

Services for minors require the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Before beginning, the following will be defined:

• The scope of the support provided.

• The level of involvement of the responsible adult.

• Applicable privacy rules.

• Circumstances under which information must be shared to protect the minor.

Authorization by the representative does not imply automatic access to everything the adolescent shares. Privacy will be managed based on age, safety, the nature of the service, and applicable laws.

16. CONDUCT AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE

Energía de Amor Infinito may pause or terminate a service in the event of:

• Repeated non-payment.

• Frequent absences or cancellations.

• Aggressive, intimidating, discriminatory, or sexually inappropriate behavior.

• Violation of others' confidentiality.

• Unauthorized use or distribution of materials.

• A situation that reasonably exceeds the scope of the service.

Whenever possible, the decision will be communicated, and any outstanding administrative conditions will be explained.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, videos, audio recordings, meditations, guides, exercises, presentations, program names, and materials provided belong to Energía de Amor Infinito or are used with appropriate authorization.

Acquisition allows for personal, non-commercial use only.

They may not be reproduced, modified, sold, taught, sub-licensed, or distributed without written authorization.

18. TESTIMONIALS AND IMAGES

Testimonials, photographs, videos, or excerpts of experiences will only be published with authorization.

Participation in a session, program, or workshop does not, in itself, constitute authorization to use a person's image, voice, name, or story for promotional purposes.

19. RESULTS

Each process depends on multiple factors, including participation, willingness, personal circumstances, continuity, and practical application.

Energía de Amor Infinito does not promise cures, financial results, reconciliations, changes in third parties, or specific transformations.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that others will achieve the same results. APPLICABLE 

20. LAW

These policies shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights to which the consumer is entitled.

21. CHANGES TO POLICIES

These policies may be updated as services, platforms, or applicable requirements change.

The current version will be available at www.energiadeamorinfinito.com. For services already purchased, the terms communicated at the time of purchase will be honored, unless a change is legally required or benefits the participant.
